A. Yes, we are committed to protecting your privacy. We only use information that we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. (Our Registration Ref: PZ1096577). We do not sell, rent or pass on any of your details to other parties.

Our payment system is powered by Protx who have achieved the highest level of compliance under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI). Protx provides cutting edge security and fraud prevention for you peace of mind. Sensitive information is encrypted in transit using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol, using the highest commercially available encryption key length of 128-bits provided by VeriSign.

Q. What payment methods are accepted?

A. We accept all major credit and debt cards - Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo

Delivery:

Q. How long will it take to receive my order and how much will it cost?

A. That depends on what option you choose at checkout.

We aim to despatch all orders within 24hrs by 1st class, subject to payment card authorisation/cheque clearing and stock availability.

UK Customers

Standard Delivery:

£2.00 Delivery 3-5 days by first class post.

Orders must be placed before 2.00pm GMT (orders taken after this time will be despatched the following day).

Orders placed after 2.00pm GMT Friday and during the weekend will be despatched on Monday for delivery Tuesday.

International Customers

For customers outside UK, you can choose the international shipping option under the delivery methods, or please contact customerservice@luckycs.com with your order number so our customer service team member can help you to calculate the delivery charge for you.

Returns:

Q. What happens if I change my mind?

We have a  14 day no quibbles returns policy. Please return the goods back to us in the condition that they were recieved. (should you have any questions/concerns or need advice on a product before purchasing from us please contact us)

Please ensure your package is sent back through a traceable method for your own peace of mind as returns are the responsibility and at the cost of the customer.

Please allow approximately 5 working days for your card to be refunded and to show on your statement. Please note: refunds will be minus our postage costs, unless the item is faulty.

Some kit has possibly been opened to ensure that all listed is in there!But we promise that the kit is Brand New and Unused.
